A medium to full-bodied, traditional Australian Shiraz with distinct rich plum and pepper characters. The ripe fruit flavours are increases in complexity by soft oak tannins.

7. OAK CASK CHARDONNAY
Made from premium Hunter Valley Chardonnay this is a full-flavoured, rich wine with prominent oak characters. Ripe peach, melon and fig flavours integrate with toasty, vanilla oak resulting in a luscious, smooth finish.

8. BIN 888 - Cabernet Merlot
Blended tROM Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this wine Eshibits a complex bouquet of rich cherry and lum fruit with a violet floral background.

The full flavours of Cabernet marry with the softer currant characters of Merlot with hin of pisc and chocolate brought together bay fine oak tanning. The finish is soft and persistent.

Grenache is a youth full elegance red wine blended trom selected parcels ofGrenache andchiraz grapes.This soft spicy, fruit-driven wine is idea for early drinking and can be enjoyed at rom temperature or slightty chilled.

1. CHARDONNAY
A combination of the rich full fruit of Australian Chardonnay with subte oak flavour. Half the blend comprises premium fruit trom cooler vineyard areas to add structure and finesse to the generours rich fruit character found in warmer areas. The result is a delightful easy-to-drink Chardonnay with a vibrant straw-green colour. Generour peach melon fruit characters are complemented bay toasty, nt aromas which follow through and a crisp, clean finish.

2. SHIRAZ-CABERNET
Shiraz and Cabernet wines from a variety of premium viticultural areas of South East Australia are carefully blended to produce this outstanhding, easy-drinking, medium-depth, crimson, dry red wine. The ripe plum and allspice characters of the Shiraz and the black cherry aromas of the Cabernet are harmonised with nuances of oak. The palate is medium-bodied, with lively plum and berry fruit flavours with a touch of vanilla, balanced by subtle grape and oak tannins to give a lingering finish.

3. DRY RIESLING
Harvested from Rhine Riesling grapes grown in several classic vineyard regions in Suoth East Australia, this light white wine is simply and carefully vinified to preserve the fresh garden flower and citrus fruit aromas and flavours. Vibrant straw-green in colour, the style is typically dry but the wine has great balance and a crisp, refreshing finish.
