1. Stoneleigh Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas: blackcurrants, rich layered palate of plums, berry fruit, spice and herbs with a long full tannin finish.
Meal suggestion: venison, beefs, lamb dishes.

2. Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc

Already Louis XIV, the famous king of France named this noble drink the "wine of kings, king of wines". The crown of the first king, the crown of St. Stephan, sybolized the high quality of our precious wine. Made with carefully selected berries shrivelled by "noble rot" aged in small wooden barrels in traditional cellars of Tokaji, I suggest you consume this golden coloured Tokaji Aszu dessert wine at very precious moments of your life.

3. Stoneleigh Chardonnay

Note: flavor of citrus and peach, overlaid with toasty oak and a crisp, elegant finish.
Meal suggestion: white meats, poultry and seafood.

TASTING TODAY
•	Stoneleigh Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc This wine is a consistent high performer. It has gooseberry, melon and nectarine/stone fruit flavours with a hint of sweetness balanced by light acidity to produce a reasonably dry finish. This is a solid sauvignon blanc with some development potential.
•	Matua Valley Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc
	Soft ripe sauvignon blanc with peach and nectarine flavours. An oily, rich texture adds appeal to this full flavoured and slightly sweet stylle wine.
•	Shingle Peak Marlboruogh Riesling
•	This wine offers crunchy green apples and lime/citrus flavours with a hint of pear drop. Plenty of weight and mouth filling richness. Good now but it has the potential to develop even more interesting flavours with two to three years cellaring.
•	Shingle Peak Marlborough Chardonnay
	An elegant chardonnay with enticingly ripe fruit charaters
•	Stoneleigh Marlborough Chardonnay
	A full, rich Chardonnay with a ripe fruit bouquet of peaches and apricots, balanced by underluing buttery, toasty oak characters and crisp, elegant palate
•	Stoneleigh Cabernet Sauvignon
	This wine has a bouquet of black currant sand chocolate aromas and a rich palate of wild berry fruit flavours with a silky and long fine tannin finish
•	Matua Valley Hawkers Bay Cabernet/Marlot
	This is a soft balanced blend of red varieties that has a rich and generous palate with ripe berry fruit characters.
•	Coopers Creek Hawkes Bay Merlot
	Ripe plum and blackcurrant flavours with a hint of mintiness and strong reainous oak. Pretty wine that is slightly green but has moderate cellaring potential.
