For
four hundred years, Cuba has had the reputation for producing the
best Rum in the world. The unique island conditions and the skills
of its inhabitants provide the perfect environment for rum making.
Havana Club has been part of Cuban life since 1878. From this time
onward, Cuba was recognized as "... the most advanced country
in cocktail making". The famous barmen of La Habana created the
great Rum cocktail: Mojito, the national Cuban drink, Cuba Libre (rum,
cola and lemon), Daiquiri, Hemingway's Special, in hornour to this
famous guest of La Habana's nightlife, as well as many others.
Havana Club is a dry spirit with a light, delicate aroma. Whilst it
has long been recognized as the idea base for cocktail, you can also
enjoy it simply mixed with cola or fruit juices, or straight with
lots of ice. |

have your hand a masterpiece: Havana Club Rum. Since 1878 this authentic
Cuban rum has been produced using only the world's best dark molasses
derived from Cuban sugar cane, and is naturally ged in old casks made
from white oak.
Havana Club Anejo Reserva was onginally reserved for the personal
consumption of Don Navarro, the master of cuban rum distilers. Now
you can experience the privilege of a rum which blends only the famous
aged Havana Club Rum.
Havana Club Rums have received numerous awards including the Chicago
gold medal in 1995 and 1997 for the 7 years old, the Chicago Silver
medal in 1997 for the Anejo Reserva and a Silver medal in London 1996
for the 3 years old. |

years old Havana Club is a rum which has been patiently aged for 3
years in the Havana Club cellars. This white rum can be enjoyed alone
or as a long drink with fruit juices of sodas. With its light, perfumed
bouquet, it is the link between white rums and aged rums.

Jameson
is the world's leading Irish Whiskey and has led the renaissance
of the Irish Whiskey category worldwide. Made from Irish barley,
malted and unmalted and pure water, Jameson is triple distilled
and aged in used oak casks. The taste of Jameson is smooth and
mellow with a delicate woody sweet charater and a hint of alcohol
bite. It is distinguished by the absence of heavy peaty or malty
notes. It tastes particularly good with a little plain water
or with ice.

| APERITIF |

DUBONNET
|

The
Long Dubonnet Pour 1.5 oz. of Dubonnet
in a tall glass with a few ice cubes. Depening on your own taste,
add either tonic, organe juice or soda. Decorate the glass with
an orange or lemon slice.
The
Dubonnoff : In a cooktail glass, pour 1 oz. of your favorite
vodka. Add Dubonnet with some ice cubes and a lime slice on top
of the glass.
The
Irish Dubonnet : Pour 1 oz. of Dobonnet with your favorite whisky
in a shaker. Add a slash of Angustura. Shake well and serve chilled
with a slice of lemon.

Ricard
Ricard
is one of the top selling spirits in the world and its leadership
position is clearly established in France. It is part of the
pastis family and is made from plants (anis, liquorice, aromatic
plants) and other natural products. Ricard has a unique flavour
which comes to full bloom under the action of water. To enjoy
Ricard, simply mix 1 volume of Ricard to 5 volumes of water.
